Vιne makers notes
Only free run juice was used for this wine of limited production . Cold maceration for 16 hours . Fermented in concrete tanks and aged in a 500 lt French barrel for 2 months .
Tasting notes
Transparent colour with green hues . Floral on the nose with notes of acacia , glassy honey and white fruits. Strong balanced body ,zippy acidity with a long intricate , savory finish.

Integrated agriculture management , no pesticides or incecticides are used. Sustainable practices were used and measured deficiency irrigation methods were deployed – no irrigation is usually being done.
Tasting notes
Kitrvs Syrah offers complexity , length , nuance and structure .A very well crafted and styled wine with fruit aromas , integrated fine tannin structure accompanied with vibrant acidity that comes from this specific northern region of Greece.
It is a wine that drinks perfectly when released but can also last in cellar for another decade gaining the complexities of age.

Winemakers notes
Made from red grapes that were chosen cultivated and intended for rose this Southern France inspired wine consists of Syrah and a splash of Aglianico. Syrah provides the fruity character and Aglianico its structure and zingy acidity. Whole cluster pressing with no sulfites added before fermentation.
Fermented in rectangular concrete tanks and aged in those for six months.

Northeast facing, at elevation of 140m, 3km from the sea at 10% slope. Soil: limestone, under integrated agriculture management, no Pesticides, insecticides were used .
Tasting Notes and Appearance
Clear, pale pink. Nose: Rich & intense with notes of wild strawberry and white thin skin plums with a hint of muguet flowers aroma. Palate: Elegant fruity, balanced and fresh with great texture and a playful, ever so slightly tannic finish.

Lost Hellanico is a structured wine with great concentration and
unique nose.
Rich with cherry fruit character maturing later red plums, arbutus
berrys notes and a finish of local blueberrys , this is a fresh and edgy
Wine that gains a lot from aging and cellaring but also rewards early
drinking with its complexity.
